IBC filling

Depending on your requirements, IBC fillers can stand alone as a system or be integrated into pallet conveyor systems. IBC filling is a central component of a filling line and is available in both automatic and semi-automatic versions.

All IBC fillers are:

  • Thorough
  • Accurate
  • Fast
  • Reliable

This is the only way to ensure that products are filled without contamination.

How does IBC filling work?

Products are filled directly into the IBC. First, a pallet truck or forklift truck moves the IBC container up to the filling system. The customer can choose whether a pump is used in the filling process. Only hoses attached to the filling lance are used. Nature gives us a helping hand here, because the product flows from a higher container into the IBC below using gravity alone.

The filling height is easy to adjust as required, so you can conveniently fill or use IBCs of different sizes. After filling, the containers are sealed and taken away. Filling takes a maximum of 5 minutes.

Advantages of IBC filling:

  • Stable column construction
  • Possible to fill a wide range of products
  • User-friendly operation
  • Simple maintenance

Installing the IBC filling system

The IBC filling station is very compact, which makes it easy to integrate into your production area in just a few steps. A substructure on the system makes it easy to transport and reposition using a forklift truck. This flexibility also makes the IBC filling station easier to clean.

The system is configured according to your requirements and can also be extended if your needs change at a later date. The systems are all connected to a process control system, which simplifies operation and also means that only one employee is required for IBC filling.
